I have read that there are supplements available that can help with problems involving the nails, skin, or hair. That’ is good to know, because I happen to have some issues one way or another with all of those! Poor me! One such supplement, the 100 Naturals Maximum Strength Biotin, is shown below:
The bottle contains 90 capsules. The suggested use on the label is 1 capsule daily preferably with a meal (the label also states “or as directed by a healthcare professional” — which is the first time I’ve seen such statement on a natural supplement — and a good thing to add, for a change). Given the initial info on the suggested use, this bottle of supplement should last about 2 months if taken once daily.
As far as Biotin is concerned, the label indicates that a serving contains 10,000 mcg.
By the way, the manufacturer label states that the capsules are made of “vegetable capsule.” I have looked at the posted ingredients (other than Biotin), and see in there “rice powder, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.” Do your research online on these ingredients and make your own conclusion. I have a close-up of the capsules so you can take a look.
The the 100 Naturals Maximum Strength Biotin supplement also boasts being free of chemical preservatives and artificial ingredients. I will keep you posted if I experience any significant adverse side effects from use.
By the way, this bottle of supplement from 100 Naturals Maximum Strength Biotin is available at Amazon. You can read more about it by clicking here. What I like is that they offer a full money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
NOTE: As always, it is best to consult with your primary care physician first before using any supplements. This is especially important if you have a medical condition, currently taking prescribed medications, or have other physical conditions to be monitored. It’s better to be safe!
