Today, I’m highlighting the Weight Gurus Digital Bathroom scale from Greater Goods. It comes in a secure packaging with design as shown below.
I received the clear version, as you can see in the photo (which I think is more beautifully designed). There is also a black version, if you are interested in that. For your reference, I put my Weight Gurus Digital Bathroom Scale against a concrete floor so that you can see the section that is clear and see-through tempered glass. The clear scale makes it kinda neat, as it distinguishes it from the typical solid-color scale you would otherwise see in stores. It also gives it an illusion that it is smaller than what it really is. The size is about 1 ft x 1 ft, if you’re curious to know the dimensions. It’s very light, I must say, but appears to be made of solid, durable material. It can weigh a person with a maximum of about 400 lbs.
It comes with 4 AAA batteries, which is a nice bonus to have.
There’s a unit conversion button located in the back of the scale, giving you the option of choosing between pounds or kilograms as a unit of measurement.
For those that can’t read small numbers… no worries with this one! It’s got a very large backlit display, with the display characters a little less than 2 inches in height. You should be able to see your results without squinting your eyes.
One interesting feature of the Weight Gurus Digital Bathroom Scale that I have not seen with most others is that it allows you to choose what approach you want to view your weight. It’s got what they called “Weightless Technology,” which allows you to view changes with your weight in a given amount of time. For example, you can just let the scale tell you your weight directly once you step on it (which is the traditional method), or let you know the difference of weight in time, instead of showing you your actual weight number. For the one who really likes keeping track of their weight, you might receive some extra motivation or inspiration using the “Weightless” approach when the scale tells you are -5 lbs today (or +5 lbs, depending on your situation).
If that’s not enough tracking for you, then you might be happy to know that you can download the FREE Weight Gurus App for iOS and Android devices, so that you can track your progress and see if you are reaching your goals. That’s a nice bonus feature, isn’t it? Well, if you are not the only one who is health-conscious in the family, no worries. This scale was not made for one person! The Weight Gurus Digital Bathroom Scale supports up to 8 users! Isn’t that neat?
If you want to get your hands on this scale, head on over to Amazon.com today. As of now, the Weight Gurus Digital Bathroom Scale is being sold at a 50% discount, but I don’t know if that will change anytime soon! Did I say it comes with a 5-year warranty?
