Before heading out to the gym or on your neighborhood route for your routine exercise, you might want to put on this neat armband shown below.

I’m referring to the CellPRO Sports Armband Running & Exercise & Gym Sportband, which is very handy to use. Stretched from end to end, the armband is a little over 17 inches in length. The adjustable band can stay securely on your arms, at least if your arms are less than 16 inches around.

The armband has spaces to hold the following:

– Key: This can be a key to your car (if you drove yourself to the gym or park), or a key to your house (if you went walking or running in your neighborhood.

– Mobile phone: If you have a cellphone that is between 4.5″ and 5.1″ in size, then it should fit in the cellphone slot. The slot has a clear cover so you can see and control your touchscreen. Whether you have an iPhone or an Android smartphone, it should fit securely in place.

– Financial Cards / ID Card: You can put at least 2 cards in there, as you can see from my example in the photo below. You don’t want to insert too many cards in those spaces. Remember, you just want the basic cards you will need, if necessary –perhaps your ID or license so you can be identified (if anything happens, God forbid), and a major credit card that you can use (if there is an emergency purchase needed somehow). You can also put cash bills in there, if you’d rather carry a small amount of cash.

There are parts on the armband that has a reflective material on it, which is useful in case you still find yourself some distance from home when the sun sets during your exercise run. The armband comes with a Lifetime Warranty, which is always a PLUS in my book.
