With the big rave about probiotics, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give the Living Natural Advanced Probiotic supplement a try, which is on sale at Amazon.com for $20.77 and shipped free in 2 days if you have Amazon Prime.

The directions suggests that you take 1-2 tablets daily on an empty stomach. Considering that I still wouldn’t know how this would affect me, I started with 1 tablet instead of two. I must say, after trying several days, I haven’t experienced any significant adverse effects, which I’m glad to note. The label suggests that probiotics supports digestive and immune system health (though there is a disclaimer, as with many natural supplements, that this statement has not been evaluated by the FDA).

My Living Natural Advanced Probiotic supplement (photo shown above) contained 60 tablets in a bottle, and by taking 1 tablet daily (instead of 2), this should last me for 2 months!

I will update this page if any bad side effects are observed, but so far so good!
